Sylvain spent nearly three decades in competitive water polo, including five years on his country’s national team and seven years as head coach. After his playing career, he studied physiotherapy in South America and trained clinically at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Argentina, and France, always gravitating toward sports medicine. He later specialized in therapeutic virtual reality, training physiotherapists across Europe to integrate advanced rehabilitation technology into clinical practice.
